After three decades of dedicated service with the Little Rock Fire Department, retiring as Chief Fire Marshal, Joe Gray is ready to bring that same commitment, discipline, and passion to the Little Rock City Board.

Chief Gray's career was built on one principle: protect the people. Now, he is taking that mission to Ward 7, where our community deserves a representative who has spent a lifetime showing up when it matters most.

Joseph Gray is a veteran fire service leader who dedicated 30 years to the Little Rock Fire Department, retiring as Chief Fire Marshal. A proud product of Little Rock Public Schools, he earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Arkansas.

Gray later served three sessions as Sergeant-at-Arms for the Arkansas State Senate. He is a devoted husband and the proud father of one son, and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and remains active in public and community service.
